I'm Tired of You!

My mom used to tutor kindergarten and first grade students. Some of the students liked coming and others simply hated it.

One particular student, Dave, came one day with his spiky Mohawk. He approached my mom and said, "I'm tired of this! And I'm tired of you!"

But the next day - after a well rested night - he ran up to her in the hallway and gave her a BIG hug.

Occasionally, we all have a "bad night."

But if a kid has one, some of them will just blurt out how they feel RIGHT THERE to anyone and everyone!

I'm glad the story ends the way it does because I bet the students appreciated your mom's help - if not at that time - later in life, for sure!
